REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

PLEASE BE ADVISED - ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL

Tickets can be resold or passed on to friends or family members. Our event relies on third party booking & payment systems, hence no refunds & processing charges for amendments.

We do not offer refunds on Ticket Sales. Customers that have purchased Ticket Protection have the option to have flexibility on their entry date or time by contacting us up to 48hrs in advance.

No Ticket Protection & Need to Amend?

If you cannot make your booked session and would like to change your booking to another date and/or time, please get in contact with us at bookings@ultimatewipeout.ie and provide your booking reference and the date/time you would like to move to, there is a booking admin fee of €10 per ticket change which our admin team will request. We will do our best to accommodate you once availability allows. ALL TICKET REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED 48hrs PRIOR TO YOUR START TIME, no amendments possible after this period.

 

If another suitable date or time is not available, we would advise you to transfer your tickets to friends or family, and make a new booking for yourself at a more suitable date & time. All sales are final, Tickets are non-refundable.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE REFUND POLICY

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
